JobReadinessMeter is operated by INSIGHTFUL MENTORING NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED under the Insight Assess brand ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle your personal data. We collect only what we need to run JobReadinessMeter and we never sell your personal data.

What we collect

• Account details from Google Sign-In: your name, email address and profile photo, plus a mobile number if you choose to add one. We never receive or store your Google password.
• Assessment data: your answers, scores and generated report.
• Booking data: session times, your agenda and the mentor's action plan.
• Payment records: plan, amount and Razorpay payment ID. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not us.
• Marketing attribution: the campaign link (e.g. Instagram) that brought you to the site.

How we use it

• To deliver your assessment, report and sessions, and send transactional emails.
• To improve our questions and content using aggregated, anonymised statistics.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (hosting, database, email and Razorpay), or when required by law.

Your choices

You can update your profile anytime. To access or delete your data, email admin@insightassess.com.
