Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases on JobReadinessMeter, operated by INSIGHTFUL MENTORING NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED under the Insight Assess brand.

Assessment (₹99)

• Full refund on request within 7 days of payment if you have not started the assessment.
• Once started, the assessment is non-refundable because the report is generated instantly.
• If a technical problem on our side prevented you from completing it, we will reset your attempt or refund you.

One-to-one sessions (₹500 / ₹599 / ₹999)

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your session from your dashboard.
• Unused session credits can be refunded on request within 30 days of payment.
• If the mentor cancels or misses the session, you choose between a free reschedule or a full refund.
• Sessions missed by the candidate without 12 hours' notice are not refundable.

How refunds work

Email admin@insightassess.com with your registered email and payment ID. Approved refunds are issued by INSIGHTFUL MENTORING NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
