Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JobReadinessMeter, operated by INSIGHTFUL MENTORING NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED under the Insight Assess brand ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a payment you agree to them.

1. Services

• Job Readiness Assessment (₹99): one timed online assessment for the Python / AI Backend Engineer role and an automatically generated report.
• Assessment + Personal Guidance (₹599): the assessment plus one 30-minute one-to-one online session.
• Personal Guidance Upgrade (₹500): one 30-minute session for candidates who have unlocked the assessment.
• Personal Mentoring (₹999): one 60-minute one-to-one online session and a written action plan.

Coupon codes and launch offers. A code discounts only the assessment part of a plan; one-to-one sessions are always paid. Each code can be used once per account, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and may have an expiry date or a limited number of uses. We may withdraw a code that has been shared publicly or misused.

2. No job guarantee

Assessments, reports and mentoring are educational guidance to help you understand and improve your skills. They are not a placement service, recruitment service, certification or guarantee of employment, interviews or salary outcomes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. One account per person. Assessments must be taken by the account holder without outside help.

4. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Sessions

Sessions are held online at the booked time. You may cancel and rebook up to 12 hours before the session. Missing a session without notice forfeits it. Please be respectful; we may end sessions involving abusive behaviour.

6. Intellectual property

Questions, reports and content are our property and are licensed to you for personal use only. Copying or redistributing assessment questions is not permitted.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
